Have the bars in Sydney finally got it right? Went to some popular hotspots in Sydney this week to get a taste of Vivid. Found a good selection of ciders on offer. Customs House had three of the ciders we sell, and was quite chilled when I got into Matilda Bays' Dirty Granny. I think its a gem. Headed off to Quay Bar and enjoyed their Bulmers (apple) on-tap. They do serve the Bulmers (pear) in the bottle as well. Saw a few peeps having the pear, and the English lads having the on-tap offer. Nice one!
Thought I'd get a good view of the lighting show from the ECQ Bar. They had Bulmers (apple) - Bottled this time - so thought, why not have another.

Great article. Really well researched. I’m actually a fan of got cider (we drink it in the uk). What cider available in Australia do you think would be best for hot cider?

Rekorderlig’s Winter Cider is often recommended as a decent Hot cider. I suggest you try this cider both as a hot and cold.
